Working out with ADHD can feel impossible sometimes. I spent 30 days trying different tips, tricks, and hacks to see what might actually help me stay consistent. And honestly, this was HARD . What came from this was a deep reflection on my relationship with my body, how I look and how I take care of myself.

In this video, I’m sharing what I tried, what flopped, and what finally helped me stick with exercise in a way that felt good: no guilt, no pressure. I hope it gives you some ideas or just makes you feel less alone if you’re struggling too .
