Bench Dip Form Tips
1️⃣Hand Placement: Grip the edge of the bench with your fingers curled around it, rather than placing your hands flat on top.
This improves stability and reduces wrist strain.
2️⃣Width of Hands: Keep your hands shoulder-width apart. Placing them too wide shifts tension from the triceps to other muscles, reducing effectiveness.
3️⃣Body Distance from Bench: Avoid drifting too far away from the bench, as it takes tension off the triceps, making the exercise less effective.
4️⃣Elbow Position: Keep your elbows tucked in throughout the movement. This keeps more tension on the triceps and helps prevent elbow injuries.
